Welcome to Lost Arts Designs!

Welcome to Lost Arts Designs on Deviant Art!
For those who are looking for something a little different for them selves or for another Lost Arts provides the answer! All jewelry is hand made and one of a kind! We specialize in BONE carvings, Chain Mail and woven wire jewelry. we also make custom jewelry in which the customer can specify almost every aspect of the piece so that satisfaction is guaranteed! Since all of the jewelry is hand made(by one person) there are a limited number of commissions done at a time so don't hesitate, also since some of the work required to make these pieces is very time consuming it can take a while for your jewelry to be finished. At lost Arts we do not rush perfection. Design ideas are always welcome! I encourage every customer to be involved with the making of my jewelry so that when they receive it they will be 100% satisfied! Below are some FAQ that hopefully answer any questions you have however if you have any further questions please feel free to leave me a note

FAQ

What kind of jewelry do you make?

we make jewelry from chain mail, bone, and woven wire. all of the metal jewelry comes in a variety of colors (Dependant of what you want). We make necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, chokers and more.

what kind of colors can i get?

Depending on what kind of jewelry you want you can choose from many colors. black, blue, green red orange yellow etc. we can even make fine or sterling silver and 10K gold jewelry as well.

how much will it cost?

all of the jewelry is priced based on the time it took(working time in hrs) and the cost of materials and shipping if need be. The fancier you get the more it will cost. keep in mind that each piece is different and hand made, you wont find it at Walmart or see it on some one else!

how long will it take for the jewelry i want to be done?

the time it takes to complete a work depend on what you want!, rings and earrings do not take very long however necklaces, chokers and bracelets may take a while! (again i am the only one making the jewelry and it is a part time venture for me, however, all efforts will be made to ensure you get your jewelry in a timely fashion!) bone jewelry takes a little longer because of the curing and finishing processes!

Making my own rings at the moment.
Just a crappy steel wire spool and some different size screwdrivers to coil it around, and a lindstrom wire cutters.

Planing on just buying some spools with stainless steel and better cutters or some saws. Read some place that many uses those saws with a thin blade.
